16U Girls Impact Travel Team Wins Tournament
The EMW 16u Girls Travel team won the Battle at Fort Niagara Softball Tournament in
Lewiston this past weekend, 6/18-20th. CONGRATULATIONS to all the girls for a great
TEAM effort!!

EMW Impact 16U - 2011 Girls Travel Softball Team
The 2011 team will consist of 11 players dedicated to playing competitive softball.
Team placement will be based on the following softball skills (bunting, slap bunting,
hitting, fielding, catching, base running and player personality).
The team will practice throughout the year, with fall, winter, and spring practices being
held approximately 1-2 times a month. Also if available, the team will participate in the
winter softball league over at Sahlen’s Sports Park.
League Play:
We play in the Metro softball league http://eteamz.active.
com/MetroGirlsSoftballLeague/).
Tournaments:
We will probably enter into at 3-5 tournaments, which are held on weekends
throughout the summer.
Note: There will be some fundraising required to pay for uniforms, equipment, and
tournaments.
The Try Out will take Place on Creek Road: Girls Major Diamond.
