As always, we want to take the time to thank you for another incredible season of EMW Baseball and Softball. This year, we had over 470 players, which is by far the biggest number since pre-Covid years!
But our season doesn’t end with the final out! Let us OFFICIALLY thank you on Friday June 27th, with a night of unique fun after the games are done to celebrate another terrific season and the start of summer (and the end of school, of course). Bring your chairs, roll out a blanket, or just grab some grass, and join us for a family movie on the Farm Fields (top of the hill behind the concession stand).
After some words from our Board, including the announcement of the grand prize winner from our Raffle, the movie (The Sandlot) will get started around 9:30pm (or after the last out if any games are still in process...we wont forget you, dont worry!)
- Big Papas Creamery Truck will be on hand from 7:30-9:30 to serve up some homemade ice cream! (All player’s ice cream is on us, the full truck menu is also available for other purchases!)
- Barrett Brothers Kettle Corn will also be there slinging their terrific kettle corn and lemonade!
- The concession stand will close at normal time - but we will have the back window open to sell popcorn and drinks (it IS a movie night, after all).
- Between the final outs and the start of the movie, we'll be having some fun and playing some trivia for prizes!
Whether you have a game that night or not, EVERYONE is invited! Don't miss out on all the fun!
