Notice of General Election Meeting - 10/27

EMW Baseball & Softball Community: 

Please note that our annual general election meeting for the 2025/2026 Board will take place Monday, October 27th @ 7:30PM, location TBD.  

Please reach out to current board president, Laurie Kotowski @ 716-523-9357 if you have interest in a board position for the upcoming year or interest in attending the meeting. 

We continue to seek people to help with concessions.  The concessions board position is currently broken down into 2 very manageable positions after we re-vamped the concessions process last year: 1) Concessions schedule manager/lead 2) Concessions Inventory Lead.  If you have any interest at all, even it you are not sure about the positions, please reach out and ask questions, or come to the meeting.  You have a tremendous group of mentors and current subcommittee members that are here to help and guide, but we do need people in these two positions to lead.
